XOi Welcomes New Vice President of Sales, Christian Anderson

To sell a business solution like XOi, a sales professional should have a genuine interest in the skilled trades and want to solve key business challenges in that industry with technology.

Christian Anderson joined the XOi management team as our new Vice President of Sales, and he’s injecting valuable leadership vision into our sales team. We couldn’t be more excited to introduce him to our customers and the field service industry.

An entrepreneur and veteran of both the service and software industries, Christian brings unique perspective to XOi Technologies. He grew up in a skilled trades family and has a passion for helping the industry—and more importantly—its hard-working people.

“I see a huge potential to address the skilled trades gap with XOi,” Christian said. “I have long wished for a way to help contractors tackle the challenge of getting more talent in the door and doing more with the talent they already have.”

Most recently, Christian worked for ServiceTitan, specializing in building strategic partnerships for their field service management solution. He has also been an entrepreneur himself, so he knows exactly what it takes to build a successful business.

Building a Strategic Partner Ecosystem for ServiceTitan

Prior to joining XOi, Christian led the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships for the ServiceTitan cloud-based field service management software for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. He helped guide and create a strategic partner ecosystem that helped the company achieve hyper-growth during his tenure.

When he joined ServiceTitan, Christian was the 151st employee. When he left, the company employed over 550 people, had a nearly two billion dollar valuation, and was honored by Forbes as a “Rising Star” in its Cloud100.

Bringing an Entrepreneurial Drive to XOi

Before his work at ServiceTitan, Christian founded his own business, Position-Tech, and grew it for eight years. After developing a sports performance product, he eventually saw it distributed in more than 500 retail locations. Two things that helped him grow his business were his hard work ethic in sales and “learning to expect the unexpected in an entrepreneurial environment.” Christian will apply that entrepreneurial spirit to helping XOi achieve its objectives.

“Until now, ServiceTitan was the most rewarding job I ever held, because of the customers I was able to help. But when I worked there, customers would say, ‘ServiceTitan does everything except solve one of my biggest problems, and that is that my techs are getting older.’ So when I heard about XOi, it did not take long to pique my interest. After doing research, seeing how much customers loved XOi, meeting the team, and assessing the potential, the decision to join the team became quite easy for me.”

“One of my core values is customer centricity and that aligns perfectly with the mission of XOi. We all believe in putting ourselves in the technician’s work boots and solving problems they encounter in the field,” said Christian. “The trades are still somewhat underserved by technology solutions, but I think we will see explosive growth of software within the next one to three years. XOi will be a leader bringing new offerings to the trades, and I am excited to be part of that.”
