XOEye Technologies’ communication platform increases transparency, provides actionable data for growing field service company
The recently completed rollout of XOEye’s cloud-based communication platform Vision, allows Hawks & Company field technicians the ability to create and share content with customers and the home office, providing on-site trouble shooting and recording to build a reserve of training materials while simultaneously solving customer problems.
