Last week’s Field Service Amelia Island was another successful trade show event for the XOi team! We met a lot of talented people in the industry and caught up with some familiar faces. We joined our partners, Astea International, and provided live demos of our integrated visual intelligence solution with their field service management software. On top of that, we co-hosted a private wine tasting experience for a small group of attendees.
On the first day of the conference, XOi CEO and Founder, Aaron Salow, participated in a panel discussion on “Getting a Grip on Customer Experience to Move the Needle of Service.” During this panel, sub-topics such as the technician experience and the deep, dark web of Facebook Groups within Field Service industry were discussed. “By adding layers of software to a technician’s day, your grunts and evil looks are going to increase with more software logins.” – Aaron Salow.
