XOi Technologies and Davisware, Inc. announce today that they have formed a strategic partnership to offer customers a fully-integrated solution for capturing, sharing and saving visual intelligence from technicians in the field using XOi’s Vision™. This partnership represents a continuing effort by both companies to help field service providers in the mechanical, engineering, and plumbing (collectively MEP) space streamline, manage and scale field services through technology.
XOi Technologies is the leading provider of visual intelligence solutions built specifically for the modern field service technician. The company’s central flagship product, Vision™, integrates with the over 20 leading providers of field service management software, and is looking forward to being able to add Davisware to that list.

The integration between Davisware solutions and XOi will allow Davisware customers to use any mobile device to document, communicate, and record field data and then to use machine learning, optical character recognition (OCR), and natural language processing (NLP), to instantly tag and categorize the data.

The XOi Vision™ platform provides an evidence-based approach to record-keeping, and ensures that field service techs can clearly communicate job requirements, progress, and circumstances through the lifecycle of the relationship. Videos and still images, captured using small cameras attached to safety glasses or wearable action cameras, can then be added to customer-facing records so they can see what’s been done to ensure they’re paying for the correct services. For Davisware customers, this also means easier recording keeping and expanded data utilization.
